Privacy policy
This policy explains how Joinways SAS, 60 rue François-Ier, 75008 Paris, France, as data controller, processes personal data on Loggiata. Reading the guide requires no account and no personal data.
Data we collect
Only when you send an event request: your name, email address, and optionally your company and phone number, the type of occasion, date, number of guests, your message and the page you sent it from.
Why we use it
- To pass your request to the events team of the hotel you chose and help it reply to you.
- To follow up on your request and to measure the service, in aggregate.
- To prevent abuse of the form.
The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a possible contract with the hotel (article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for abuse prevention, our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)). We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who receives it
The hotel concerned by your request, which becomes responsible for its own processing once it receives it, and the Joinways staff who handle requests. Our processors are Vercel (website hosting) and Supabase (database), bound by data processing agreements.
Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel and Supabase store data in the United States (Supabase Inc. (Amazon Web Services infrastructure, us-east-1 region, United States)). These transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where the provider is certified, by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A hotel located outside the European Union receives your request in its own country.
How long we keep it
Three years from your last contact with us, then it is deleted. Requests identified as spam are deleted within 30 days.
Cookies
The public site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Only the administration area uses a strictly necessary session cookie, for our staff.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format, by writing to privacy@joinways.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
