Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Loggiata, published by Joinways SAS (see the legal notice). Using the site means accepting them.

The service

Loggiata is a free, independent guide to luxury hotels. It lets visitors send an event request to a hotel. It does not sell rooms, take bookings or collect payments: stays are booked with the hotel directly, and any contract for an event is concluded between you and the hotel.

Information on the site

We check facts against open data and the hotels’ official websites and show the date of each check. Hotels change; prices, capacities and services must be confirmed with the hotel. Joinways SAS cannot be held liable for a difference between the guide and a hotel’s actual offer.

Event requests

You agree to send accurate requests for a genuine project. Requests that are abusive, automated or unrelated to an event may be deleted without notice. Processing of the data you send is described in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

Our texts and selection may be quoted briefly with a link to the page concerned. Any other reproduction requires our written permission. Photographs remain subject to the licence stated under each image.

Links to hotel websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Paris, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers. Contact: contact@joinways.app.
