The Parc floral de Paris can host seminars, training and team-building days for 10 to 80 people, as well as exhibitions, receptions and large company events in 12,000 m² of covered halls. Three venues share the site, a 35-hectare horticultural garden in the Bois de Vincennes, in the 12th arrondissement of Paris.
Seminars and company events
For meetings, Espace City'zen Paris is based in the Maison du Jardin Botanique, at the Château entrance of the park. It has two main rooms for company events, including the Salle du Levant, and works with classroom, U-shape and theatre layouts for groups of 10 to 80. The team runs activities through the year around wellbeing, nature, ecology and creative workshops, so a morning plenary can be followed by an afternoon of yoga, qi gong or outdoor sessions among the collections. The space is open seven days a week, all year round.
Rooms and capacities
Les Halls du Parc are the largest venue, built around the Hall de la Pinède and its Baltard-style metal architecture. The site offers 12,000 m² of covered space on a single level, completed by additional pavilions and large outdoor areas, which suits exhibitions, conventions and large receptions. The Pavillon Chesnaie du Roy, of Japanese-inspired design, offers 1,000 m² of reception space with its own private garden and a terrace overlooking the park, and takes all event formats. Capacities for the halls and the pavilion are not published. The professional events page presents the three venues together under GL events Paris branding, with a single contact line for the park.
Catering
At Espace City'zen, breaks include coffee, tea, smoothies, sweet treats and organic snacks, served on the terrace under the pines. Catering for the halls and the pavilion is arranged for each event; the professional page does not name a caterer.
History and setting
The park was created in 1969 to host the Floralies internationales de Paris and is the largest horticultural park in the city. It belongs to the Jardin botanique de Paris and holds more than 7,000 plant varieties, with collections of irises, camellias, dahlias, rhododendrons and bonsai, and a garden walk on the evolution of plants, the Chemin de l'Évolution. It also has the largest playground in Paris, a treetop course and a mini-golf. For a company team day, the garden offers space for outdoor workshops a few minutes from central Paris.
