Board meetings, workshops and small seminars for up to 16 people can be held at La Réserve de Beaulieu, a five-star hotel on the seafront at Beaulieu-sur-Mer, between Nice and Monaco. The Salon Léopold II takes every layout for that number, with daylight and its own garden, and the hotel's 39 rooms, suites and villas house the group on site.
Seminars and company events
The hotel sells day and half-day meeting packages built around the Salon Léopold II, and a banquets and seminars manager handles each booking. Options include a wine or champagne tasting led by the head sommelier and a buffet by chef Julien Roucheteau, with canapés, pastries, viennoiseries, coffee and tea. For a dinner after the meeting, the Restaurant des Rois has a private lounge for gourmet dinners. A group of 16 can therefore meet, dine and sleep without leaving the hotel. The hotel also hosts brand events: each year Loreedubois presents an ephemeral jewellery collection here.
Rooms and capacities
The Salon Léopold II covers 76.5 m²: a 66 m² meeting area and a 10.5 m² break area with its own toilets. It takes 16 people in theatre, classroom, U-shape, boardroom or banquet layout. Large bay windows bring in daylight and open onto a private garden, and the room is finished in precious wood and marble. Equipment includes fibre-optic wifi, a projector, a flip chart, a Cabasse sound system and two JBL wireless microphones.
Accommodation
The hotel has 39 rooms, suites and villas across twelve categories, from Classic rooms with port and hill views to the Garden Pavilion, the Junior Suite Tower and the sea-view suites, and two villas, Villa Victoria and Villa Mistinguett. Guests have the Spa by La Prairie, a heated seawater pool and the Rose Salon wellness lounge. The concierge desk belongs to the Clefs d'Or.
Catering
Le Restaurant des Rois, holder of one Michelin star, is led by chef Julien Roucheteau. La Table de Julien is the bistro, with demonstrations by the chef, and Le Vent Debout serves lunch on a terrace facing the Mediterranean. The Gordon Bennett Bar opens onto the patio in warm weather, and the Pool Bar serves the pool area. Breakfast and room service complete the offer.
History and setting
La Réserve has received guests since 1880 and has been part of the Riviera's hotel history since the Belle Époque. It belongs to The Leading Hotels of the World, sits directly on the shore and is accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
Getting there
The hotel is at 5 boulevard du Maréchal Leclerc, 06310 Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Beaulieu-sur-Mer station, on the coastal line between Nice and Monaco, is a short walk away, and Nice Côte d'Azur airport is the nearest airport.
